JAMES M. GREENFIELD Jim graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the
University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1977). Jim
majored in accounting as an undergraduate student, was licensed as a
certified public accountant after college, and is admitted to the
U.S. Tax Court. He concentrates his practice in estate planning,
probate, real estate, business, and commercial bankruptcy matters
and creditors' rights. A former
President of the Venango County Bar Association, Jim is a member of
the Venango County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.

KEITH M. PEMRICK
Keith graduated from Colgate University and the University of
Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D.1979) and has primary responsibility
in the firm for litigation matters. He maintains a regional trial
practice throughout Western Pennsylvania, including the U.S.
District Courts in Pittsburgh and Erie. His experience
includes a wide variety of litigation matters including commercial
and business litigation, tax and zoning appeals, personal injury,
subrogation and municipal law. A former President of
the Venango County Bar Association, Keith is a member of the Venango
County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, as well as state
and national trial organizations.

BRIAN M. SPAID Brian graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law (J.D.,
magna cum laude, 1993). He concentrates his practice in family law
matters including divorce, custody, alimony and support, and
property agreements, as well as trials involving those and related
matters. His practice spans over a wide area in Western
Pennsylvania, including Clarion, Crawford, Forest, Jefferson,
Mercer, Venango and Warren Counties. Brian is also solicitor for the City of Franklin and
Borough of Sugarcreek. He is a member of the Venango
County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
