Mallory N. Piercy

Mallory Piercy is a family lawyer who joined the Dale Woodard Gent McFate Law Firm in early 2023, where she zealously represents clients in custody, divorce, support, protection from abuse (PFA), adoption, guardian ad litem, and prenuptial agreement matters. She is known by her clients for her straightforward and aggressive approach to the practice of family law, while also maintaining a strong sense of compassion for the emotional conflicts that accompany all family law matters. She is currently accepting new clients in Crawford, Clarion, Forest, Jefferson, Mercer, Butler, and Venango Counties.

Mallory is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Venango County Bar Association, where she serves as secretary.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mallory interned in the legal department of the Pennsylvania State Education Association for three years, where she developed an early passion for advocacy. She graduated summa cum laude from Clarion University of Pennsylvania (now PennWest Clarion) in 2018. She then worked as a middle school English teacher at DuBois Area Middle School before attending New England Law | Boston, where she continued to teach English in the Boston area while attending law school. Mallory’s teaching experience provided critical insight into the psychological and emotional impact that family law matters have on the everyday lives of families and children, and she carries that experience into her practice.

Mallory grew up in Rockland, Pennsylvania, and continues to reside locally. She enjoys spending time outdoors, landscape photography, and playing the piano and her guitar.
