Alexander L. Spaid

Alex Spaid joined Dale Woodard Gent McFate Law Firm in 2022, and works in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, corporate and business matters, municipal law, automotive transfers, and civil litigation, though he also assists other members of the firm in a broad array of matters. Alex approaches each legal matter with a fresh perspective, offering creative ideas and strategies to solve complex problems while helping to maintain the standards of excellence and distinction the firm’s attorneys are known for throughout Northwestern Pennsylvania.

Alex primarily practices before the court in Venango County, Pennsylvania. In addition, he has branched out to help serve the City of Franklin and the Borough of Sugarcreek, as well as assisting the Domestic Relations Section of the Venango County Court of Common Pleas with its Compliance Court matters. Alex is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Venango County Bar Association, where he has served on the Executive Committee.

A native of Franklin, PA, Alex graduated from Franklin High School in 2014. He went on to achieve a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Grove City College in 2018, and received his Juris Doctorate law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 2022 while serving the legal community of the greater Pittsburgh area. Alex then returned to Franklin, where he has been working diligently to meet the high standards demanded from the profession.

An Eagle Scout of the Boy Scouts of America, Alex stays actively involved with members of his past troop and scouting divisions, and he uses the leadership training and skills he achieved through scouting in all aspects of his life. Alex continues to expand his involvement in the local community, and his hobbies and interests include playing music, cycling, technology, and tabletop and video games.
